Organizational Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001

To ensure fairness and transparency, SEAT PLASTIC has adopted an “Organization, Management, and Control Model” in compliance with Legislative Decree 231/2001.

The Model raises awareness among employees and collaborators about ethical and transparent conduct, in line with the company’s values. Its development is based on a risk area analysis and the Confindustria Guidelines.

A Supervisory Body, appointed by the Board of Directors, monitors the Model’s effectiveness and ensures its continuous adaptation over time.

Employees, partners, and third parties can contact the Supervisory Body or report violations of the Model and the Code of Ethics by writing to organismodivigilanza@ama.it.

Whistleblowing Procedure

SEAT PLASTIC encourages reporting, including anonymously, of any violations of the principles outlined in the Code of Ethics, the Organizational Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, company policies, or applicable regulations that may come to light in the course of work activities.

The Group ensures confidentiality regarding the reported facts and the identity of the whistleblower. Once verified, reports will be handled by the designated personnel in accordance with the “Procedure for Managing Reports (Whistleblowing).”

Any personal data provided will be processed in compliance with data protection regulations to manage the report and take necessary actions, as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Reports can be submitted through the dedicated platform, either anonymously or with identification.

Anti-Corruption Policy

The AMA Group conducts its activities with integrity, honesty, fairness, and loyalty, and is committed to promoting and ensuring compliance with relevant national and international laws and regulations in its business operations.

The Anti-Corruption Policy aims to provide an overview of the organizational measures implemented to prevent local and transnational corruption by shareholders, members of corporate bodies, management, and employees, as well as all individuals acting on behalf of or in the interest of the company. Where applicable, it also extends to consultants, suppliers, and other third parties interacting with the company.
