Ultrasonic welding
We use ultrasonic welding technology to join plastic components quickly, precisely, and reliably.
This technique relies on very high-frequency vibrations that generate localized heat, allowing materials to melt at the contact point.
Ideal materials for ultrasonic welding
The effectiveness of the process depends on the material structure. Amorphous materials are the most suitable, as they respond better to vibrations:

- Polycarbonates (PC)
- PVC
- Polysulfone (PSU)
Semi-crystalline materials such as PE, PP, Nylon, and acetal resins (POM) may present greater challenges but can still be welded under specific conditions.

This technology can also be used to integrate metal elements into plastic components, creating a strong and functional bond suitable for a wide range of technical applications.
Coating, Metallization, Chrome Plating and Hydrographic Printing

Coating
An industrial process involving the application of liquid or powder coatings on polymer surfaces to improve aesthetics, resistance to weathering, scratches, and UV exposure, as well as to provide customized finishes (matte, glossy, soft-touch).
Metallization
The deposition of a thin metallic layer (aluminum, chrome, nickel) onto plastic components to achieve a metallic appearance while maintaining lightness and flexibility, as well as providing properties such as electrical conductivity, electromagnetic shielding (EMI), and high reflectivity.
Chrome Plating
A galvanic or spray process that applies a thin chromium layer to plastic (typically ABS), combining the lightness and geometric versatility of polymers with the brightness, hardness, and wear resistance of metal.
Hydrographic Printing
A three-dimensional decoration technique (water transfer printing) that enables the application of complex graphics on plastic, metal, and other materials, providing both aesthetic enhancement and protection against wear and environmental factors.
