Preliminary analysis and technical consulting

Before mold manufacturing, we work closely with the customer to evaluate every critical aspect of the component to be produced.

Selective laser sintering (SLS)

We use a high-power laser to fuse thermoplastic powders layer by layer, creating a fully formed three-dimensional model.
The unsintered powder acts as a natural support, allowing the production of parts without geometric constraints.

Stereolithography (SLA)

Using a UV laser, we precisely cure photopolymer resin to create high-definition 3D objects.

Silicone molds (vacuum casting)

Starting from an SLA or SLS master model, we create silicone molds for small production runs.
The resulting parts, made from polyurethane resins, replicate the properties of common thermoplastics (ABS, PP, PC) and can be colored directly during the casting process.
