Our technical department uses 3D simulation software to carry out preliminary studies on:

- Predictive process analysis – CAE
From study to prototype
Once the design is finalized, we create an initial prototype to verify functionality, design, and critical areas. In this phase:
- We validate the prototype through internal testing
- Optimize geometries and wall thicknesses
- Precisely locate material injection points
Mold construction and testing
After prototyping, we build the final mold. Each mold undergoes individual testing with trial runs and sampling. In this phase:
